Description of Project
The campaign for eyes, ears and hands is a new concept of further education for employees in organic food trade and farm shops. It is central to convey basic knowledge of organic farming and specialized knowledge for everyday work in the shop.
The events make sales teams fit and self- confident in issues concerning organic farming, legal and private labels and food processing. Four building blocks make learning easy and provide for an appeal to all senses.
Element 1: Seminars
The seminars quickly and compactly convey basic knowledge of organic farming, legal basics, the Eco-seal, food processing, as well as tips how to present fresh products.
Element 2: Big Events
One afgternoon for employees and their families. We focus on contact and exchange ofone´s own professional experience and issues on organic farming. A talkshow and a short look round the company round off the programme.
Element 3: Brochure on organic farming
60 pages of compact, current and sales oriented information on organic farming, legal basics, and ecological food processing - with checklists and basic information
Element 4: Practice Excursions
The practice excursions show the production at ecological farms and producers. the hosts invite to a one-day co-operation on their work.Travels are offered for groups as well as for single travellers.
