"Waste Not, Want Not" visits Hamburg

The second meeting of the EU project "Waste Not, Want Not" took place in Hamburg on 29 and 30 April. Together, concepts for avoiding food waste and plastic waste in educational institutions were discussed and presented. Together with a total of nine partners from six EU countries, we visited a school and in particular the canteen on site to familiarise ourselves with their waste prevention concept. Among other things, the visit resulted in a short film, which will soon be available on the project website.
